Box Fit HIIT
A high Intensity Boxing intervals class which incorporates boxing drills and exercises. Improve your cardio fitness and cut fat fast by burning calories both during and after the class due to the afterburn effect assoxciated with this type of exercise. Exercise the whole body whilst having fun in pairs. This class will get you results fast.

Cardio HIIT
A high Intensity Cardio intervals class. Improve your cardio fitness and cut fat fast by burning calories both during and after the class due to the afterburn effect assoxciated with this type of exercise. With Plenty of leg work and a third of the class dedicated to strengthening and toning the abs this class is a great all rounder.

Beach Body Bootcamp
A great mix of core work, resistance work and high intensity cardio. This is the class for you if you want to be fitter faster stronger and in the shape of your life for this summer.

Bikini Body Pump and Tone
This is a low impact total body resistance training class which is designed to shape and tone the whole body. Low impact does not mean low results, this class is will get you results fast and have you feeling fantastic walking out the door after another great workout.

Six Pack Saturdays
Get the toned flat stomach youve always dreamed of. This is a 30 minute class dedicated to upper, and lower abs, side obliques and the lower back. Feel the burn and see the results. This class is a great way to start your weekend!

Pilates
Pilates- originally called Contrology by its inventor Josef Pilates is a popular form of exercise often prescribed by Doctors to help people with postural problems. It improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
It can be a good place for people starting a fitness program as it develops a strong body ready for more vigorous forms of exercise. It also helps balance out muscle imbalances caused by overuse in certain sports.
6 week courses are prebooked . For beginners it is recommended to get at least 10 sessions completed before moving on to the next level.
Tabata
Dubbed "The 4-Minute Miracle." Doing as little as 4 minutes (or one
"Tabata") can increase your aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, VO2 max,
resting metabolic rate, and can help you burn more fat (and make you look
leaner) than a traditional aerobic workout. It is 20 seconds of all out effort followed by 10 seconds rest * 8. We do about 7 different all over body Tabatas per class with modifications for newcomers. The key is the intensity at which you do it – as near to 100% effort as possible!
The class is 45 minutes long and pay as you go. Please phone ahead to check availability.
Foam Rolling
"Foam Rolling" or Self-myofascial release is a fancy term for self-massage to release muscle tightness or trigger points. Foam rolling can assist in breaking up muscle knots, resuming normal blood flow and function. Most people don’t think of foam rolling until they feel some pain but if done regularly it can help recovery and prevent overuse injuries. The class is 30 minutes long and is on every second Sunday at 9.30am, pay as you go. We do a couple of minutes on each major muscle to keep the body functioning
Body Pump with Tracy
We have started our beginners class to get people who maybe unused to gym workouts or may find getting up and down off a mat difficult. The class uses light weights and high repetitions to tone and strengthen. We work on the upper body and the Core and the legs.
Our Intermediate class is a little more intense and includes some mat work. 6 week courses are prebooked.
